Shipping time was great. Product was what I expected but when I tried to use it, it snapped and it’s unusable; looks like at a seam. I messaged seller and havent heard back. Disappointing customer service.

I'm so sorry that happened. You ordered and received this a month ago. When you messaged us, we replied within 12 hours explaining why it took all day to reply back. My husband and babies had gotten into a bad car wreck a few days prior, which unfortunately resulted in not being able to get on here until late at night once I got a break from taking care of them. We would have been happy to send you a replacement. I'm so glad our shipping time and product was what you expected!

With this being a small business, we make things out of our home and our fully customized shed. We (Preston and Abbegail) have 4 small children while also working full time jobs. We love what we do and are always up for a challenge! Send us any ideas you have and lets see what we can do!!

December of 2017, I started out making customized Christmas Bulbs and Epoxy tumblers. From there, I have expanded what I make. We now make Epoxy, Engraved and Sublimation Tumblers, Engraved Items, such as cutting boards, Bulbs, Sports Balls, Leather, Hats and much more. We also make 3D printed items, Embroidery, DTF Prints, SVG Files, Custom T-Shirts, Candles, Car Freshies, ETC...

We put love and dedication in everything we make to ensure it is as perfect as it can be. With all of our items being handmade, no two items that are made will ever be exact.
