Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt communication wasn’t great. We aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours, however during this time our page was temporarily on holiday mode while we were away, which caused a short delay in responses. Your parcel is currently with the courier but was delayed pending payment of customs/import fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient, so this is unfortunately outside of our control. We’re always happy to help and respond to any enquiries as quickly as possible.

This parcel was shipped and arrived in your country, however it was returned to sender after customs/import fees were not paid, which couriers class as a refused delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient, so this is unfortunately outside of our control. Our page was temporarily on holiday mode which meant our reply was slightly delayed, however we did respond and have since been in contact and offered re-delivery once the parcel is returned to us. We always do our best to help resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
