This bowl is beautiful and well-made; great for whisking matcha. The dimensions are perfect so that the whisking process is smooth, and the bowl is deep enough so there is no splatter. The notch on the bottom of the bowl makes it easy to hold in one hand without slipping. I leave it out on my counter because it's so pretty. This bowl shipped fast and I received a very nice handwritten note from the seller, which was a wonderful personal touch. Would recommend and could be a great gift for any matcha lover, or just someone who makes sauces & salad dressings, because the bowl has a very functional pour spout.
