Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each scarf is carefully wrapped in a handmade botanical eco-printed cotton bag, with label and care instructions included. It is then packed in a protective waterproof bag for safe shipping.
Will I need to pay customs fees for U.S. orders?
No. All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.
Can I return my scarf if it isn't what I expected?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.
Is each scarf one of a kind?
Yes. Every botanical eco-printed scarf is individually handcrafted using real leaves, flowers, and natural dyes. Because of this artisanal process, each piece has its own unique patterns and colors, making every scarf truly one of a kind.
