How long until my shirt arrives?
About a week and a half door to door in the US. Production runs 3–5 business days, shipping another 3–5. You'll get tracking when it leaves our printer.
Custom and personalized orders
Bella + Canvas 3001, retail fit. Runs true to size for most. If you're between sizes, size up — these are made to fit a little relaxed, not boxy. The chart on each listing shows actual measurements if you want to compare to a shirt you already own.
Why no returns for size or change of mind?
Every shirt is made when you order it. There's no inventory — no shelf to put returns back on. If we accepted returns we'd just be throwing shirts away. So instead we keep prices honest and ask you to check the size chart before ordering. If we sent you something wrong, that's a different story — email us and we'll fix it.
Care instructions
Cold water, inside out, hang dry or tumble low. Don't iron the print directly. The shirt will keep looking like itself for a long time if you don't cook it.
Can I cancel my order?
Officially, no. Every shirt is made when you order it, and once Printful starts on it, that material is committed.
Unofficially: if you contact us at orders@nahtees.com fast and your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it. No promises — depends on timing — but we'll always check. Don't wait.
