I had a lot of questions and wanted to customize my daughter’s nursery sign so it would be a true laser-cut design rather than one solid piece, and they took the time to walk me through all of the options and provide guidance every step of the way. Their communication was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure the final design was exactly what I envisioned. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the finished sign is stunning.
