Q: What is an at-cost merch drop?
A: Think of it as a sample sale! This is an opportunity to get samples of my designs for the at-cost price. Meaning, you are purchasing it for the price I pay to make each. Pricing factors in the base price plus additional selling platform fees. Instead of purchasing samples for myself, this is my way of giving back to you!
Q: How long does it run?
A: These items will be in my shop for only 48 hours. Once an item sells out, it's gone until it officially goes live at the regular rate.
Q: Can I return the items?
A: No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please make sure you read the measurements page on each listing, and look at the fit. I can only do returns if it is a SERIOUS issue with the product (completely damaged, serious quality issues), but minor issues such as fit/sizing or minor imperfections won't be accepted.
Q: How many of each are available?
A: One of each. I would suggest getting what you have in mind ASAP!
Q: How long will it take to get to me?
A: Since each item is made to order, please allow a few weeks for production and shipping. Detailed information regarding timing and shipping will be available on each listing as it varies by product.
Q: What other perks are there when I order a sample?
A: Each person who places an order during this drop will receive a private discount code to use on any future purchase. You will receive the code after sending me feedback from the sample order, and sharing my shop on social media!
Q: Can I get free shipping?
A: No. Since I am not making a profit on these orders, free shipping will not be available during the sample sale.
