Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
Orders are dropped off weekly! Parcels with tracking are dispatched every Thursday or Friday. For orders without tracking, dispatch will be every Wednesday.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Delays and possible loss of packages in shipping do happen rarely. Unfortunately these situations are not under my control. I do NOT offer refunds for packages that do not arrive on time for personal deadlines.
If you chose an untracked shipping option, I cannot offer refunds for any orders which are lost or delayed.
If you chose a shipping option with default tracking, or added a tracking upgrade, please contact me!
PLEASE double check your address. I can not be responsible for lost mail due to incorrect addresses.
Does shipping include tracking?
STANDARD shipping of orders containing ONLY the following items do NOT include tracking;
- Stickers
- Polaroid Prints
- 4x6 Prints
- 8.5x11 Prints
STANDARD shipping for orders containing ENAMEL PINS, BUTTONS, 8.5x11 PRINTS and POSTERS/11x17 PRINTS are as follows;
- Enamel Pins + Buttons + 8.5x11 Prints: Untracked to Canada, Tracked to USA and most countries*
- Posters/11x17 Prints: Tracked to Canada, USA and most countries*
