Personal letters and award certificates in your words, in minutes
Personal letters and award certificates in your words.
learnerborn turns a few quick notes into a personal letter, an award certificate, or both, for every person in your group. Talk or type a moment you remember, and we turn it into something they will keep. It takes about a minute per person.
It works both ways. Make one for each player, student, dancer or employee. Or thank the coach, the teacher or the boss from the whole group: one person sets it up, and every name in the group is signed on it.
Who it's for:
Coaches, teachers, instructors, studio owners, camp counselors, troop leaders, managers, and the team parent or office organizer who wants to say thank you from everyone.
How it works:
1. Buy the listing that fits. Your instant download has a Start your letters link.
2. Open the link and enter your Etsy order number. No account, no password.
3. Add names (last names are optional), then pick the occasion, a design and your colors.
4. Tap to talk or type a few notes about each person. Review each one, change anything you like, and approve it. Then download print ready PDFs.
Our AI was built for one job: turning your notes into letters and certificates people keep. It follows our own writing rules, uses only what you tell us, and nothing prints until you've reviewed and approved each one.
Your privacy: we only need first names. Last names are optional, and we never save them. Names, notes and recordings are deleted 30 days after you finish your order, or 60 days after you start one you never finish.
It's about your feelings, not how much time you spent.
