Shop Policy

All sales are final.

Once the order is marked as dispatched, it will be handed to the mailing service and I will no longer be held responsible for any delays or mistakes caused by the courier - as such, I cannot offer refunds or replacements for purchases without tracking. Please purchase shipping upgrades if you’re worried about your mail being lost!

But should any problems arise, please feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help! Otherwise, the customer is to contact your local post office services for anything in regards to lost parcel/packages as they're most capable to assist you!

When will my order be shipped/arrive?

Every order should come with an estimated processing time so please use it as a reference! But it’s usually 5-8 business days after an order has been placed since I handle and ship all packages by myself while balancing my time as a full-time student. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

As much as I hope your package can arrive swiftly, I’m unfortunately not in charge of how fast the mail is delivered once it’s been handed to the post office. Please note Etsy’s delivery times are estimates and could possibly be delayed by various factors such as covid-19/weather/holidays/etc.

Shipping Information

CAN: most orders will be shipped via letter mail through Canada Post with NO tracking. Shipping upgrades with tracking are available (recommended).

US: As of 07/25/2024, tracking is applied by default for all orders going to the US. Untracked lettermail for stickers is possible but please message me for this option (not liable for loss shipped via this method).

INTL: International customers, please include your phone number when you make the order (especially if you are in the UK/EU) as customs require it.

Please also ensure that the address you input is correct: it will be the buyer’s responsible for repaying any shipping costs if parcels are returned to me due to incorrect information.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately I do not offer any special packaging for orders marked as gift at this time, but feel free to include a gift message and I’ll be sure to pass it on ^^

Care instructions

All acrylic charms come with a protective layer on the flat side - you can peel it off or keep it on for safety if you would like!
