Will it fit my camera?
ten8e camera straps fit cameras that have a 3/8” wide connection slots. This includes dSLR, SLR and mirrorless cameras. Some cameras have eyelet style connections and require a set of split rings, these normally come with your camera but don’t worry, if you’ve misplaced yours I can include a new set for you, just be sure to let me know.
How long does it take to get my new strap?
I make most straps when they are ordered and this takes about 3-5 business days. I do try to keep it under 3 days but during the Christmas Holiday season (Nov-Dec) 5 days is the norm. These are my processing times, the time it takes USPS to deliver is additional.
For orders in the continental US shipped 1st class normally it takes 3-5 business days. Priority 2-3 day and Priority Express are also offered.
International Orders:
For international orders shipping times can vary from 2-6 weeks.
Tracking for international orders depends on the country.
Also be aware that your country may charge you a VAT (Value Added Tax) and handling fee upon entering your country. I am not able nor allowed to pay this for you, this is a tax and fee
