Ho imparato a cucire in tenera età, ed è diventata rapidamente una delle mie passioni. Mi piaceva fare regali fatti a mano da dare a molti dei miei amici e familiari. Essendo sposati ora con il mio meraviglioso marito di 38 anni abbiamo cresciuto e sposato le nostre 3 figlie e 1 figlio. Mi è piaciuto molto fare vestiti per i nostri bambini e cucire tende, rivestire mobili, copriletti, ecc.... quasi tutti gli articoli di tessuto della nostra casa che probabilmente ho fatto. Quando i nostri figli si sono sposati, ho anche avuto il privilegio di realizzare ciascuno dei loro abiti da sposa, tra cui mia nuora e le 3 figlie del mio migliore amico. Ora che sono una Nana di 9 nipoti e 2 nipoti, sono in grado di divertirmi a cucire cose anche per loro. Quando la mia nipotina più grande ha iniziato a camminare, mia figlia ha avuto difficoltà a trovare scarpe che si adattassero ai suoi piedi molto piccoli e larghi. Ho avuto l'idea di fargliene un po'. È così che, dopo molte raffinazioni e molta considerazione orante, è nato 'threadlynn'. Grazie per esserti fermato!
I learned to sew at a very young age, and it quickly became one of my passions. I loved making handmade gifts to give to many of my friends and family members. Being married now to my wonderful husband of 38 years we have raised and married off our 3 daughters and 1 son. I loved making clothes for our kids as well as sewing curtains, reupholstering furniture, bedspreads, etc…. just about any fabric item in our house I probably made. When our kids got married I also had the privilege of making each of their wedding dresses including my daughter-in-law and my best friend’s 3 daughters as well. Now that I am a Nana to 9 granddaughters and 2 grandsons, I am able to enjoy sewing things for them too. When my oldest granddaughter started to walk, my daughter had a hard time finding shoes that would fit her very tiny and wide feet. I had the idea to make her some. This is how after much refining and lots of prayerful consideration, 'threadlynn' came to be. Thanks for stopping by!
