Why aren’t all color palettes available across all products?
Some products (like posters and wallpapers) allow full flexibility, while others require more advanced production processes that currently limit the available combinations. We’re working toward making more options available across the board as soon as possible.
Are you going to release new colors and/or products anytime soon?
Yep! From simple stuff such as stickers or tote bags, to super weird and specific design wizardries such as custom smartwatch skins or coloring books filled with our distasteful jokes, we can wait to expand the range of what Keybored can entertain you with! Be sure to follow us so that you can be updated about our next releases!
I’ve ordered multiple times, but the materials or print quality seem slightly different. Why?
That can happen. While you purchase through our Etsy store, production is handled by our partner Gelato. They work with a network of trusted local facilities worldwide, so minor variations in materials or print details may occur depending on where your item is produced.
Will the series of jokes continue? My wall has room for more.
Yes! New pieces are on the way. While adding color variations is relatively quick, creating new originals takes more time. There’s plenty in progress, so expect new additions, just not always on a predictable schedule.
The t-shirt size I ordered doesn’t fit. What should I do?

The item I received is damaged or misprinted. Am I eligible for a refund?
Absolutely. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we’ll help track it down, or arrange a replacement or refund if needed

Do you offer custom designs and sizes?
Not at this moment, but check back in the future!
Are generative tools used in your workflow
Yes, but only for selected support tasks like previews, mockups, workflow automation, and text adjustments. The actual artwork, concepts, and visual language behind Keybored are still proudly created manually through traditional design work.
