We accept custom orders as long as the fabric is available.

♥ Each of our listing has style and fabric code. Please mention style code (i.e KA01) and fabric code (i.e RA01)
♥ Please send your desired measurement / size or other requests as detailed as possible
♥ We will check our fabric stock and send you pictures of the fabric. We will also send photos before shipping the item.
♥ We do not charge extra fee as long as it doesn't require extra fabric and it uses our existing design. HOWEVER, due to our limited capacity in drafting patterns, we will charge extra for new design to get some help.

It is very challenging for us to set up a reasonable shipping cost. Etsy prioritizes listings with free shipping cost in US search engine, however, we chose to keep our shipping cost separate since we're trying to keep our price reasonable.

Our preferred shipping is registered post with tracking number. For US customers, this will be forwarded to USPS, and you can trace it in USPS website. The only downside is this takes 2 - 3 weeks.

HOWEVER, due to the pandemic and disruption to post services around the world, we only offer express shipment for the time being.

We are currently working on new styles, and will provide updates accordingly.

Most of our fabrics are hand dyed, it might run in the first wash. We recommend gentle hand wash to look after the fabric.

For leather products, please wipe using wet clean cloth.

We prioritize safety for your products since it goes on a very long journey to get to you. We ship them using bubble wrap / padded envelope to keep them safe during the shipment. If you'd like to have a gift wrap, please let us know, we will see what we can do.

Since October 2020, etsy requires all sellers to use etsy payment. This gives you more options to pay. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

If in any case you would like to pay through paypal, we will send you a paypal invoice separately.

Changes to shipping policies have resulted in increased import duties and taxes, including VAT, that are payable on packages being delivered to Europe (particularly UK deliveries). These fees are NOT covered through the purchase price, and do come as the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. They are applied by local governments. We thank you for your understanding.

We recommend having a chat with us before placing your orders. Unless we are asleep 😴, we will respond as quickly as possible. Please understand the delays in responding due to time difference.

Why? Because returning an item to Indonesia can be costly. We will need you to pay for the shipping cost, but we will also need to pay for the custom/tax upon receiving the item. Pease do not place your order unless you're 100% sure about it.
