Erol dealt with the situation very quickly and sent me a new product within days of the situation. By far the best communication I have had with an etsy provider. Erol was kind and quick to respond to any questions or problems I had. The ring itself is beautiful and my husband and I can not get over how detailed it is. The ring came in a box that had the family crest on it, which was a wonderful detail. Absolutely love this product! Thank you Erol, for your amazing customer service skills!

I do really like this ring. It is a tad bit smaller than I expected but it is solid. Also because it is over $800 there is federal duty that has to be paid on it so add another $60 to $80 before it will be delivered. Etsy charges the state tax but if over $800 you will get a charge for Federal tax after order is shipped.
