We do not typically accept cancellations, valid returns accepted for most products. However some items are only eligible for exchanges, this is because time, materials & labor are being utilized that cannot be recuperated. Such as those implemented with our custom creations. When items eligible for returns have been validated. Items must be returned within 14 days from when the order was first received. Once inspected and found to be in the same condition as it had been sent a full refund will be issued.

We agree & are prepared to rectify the situation at once if it is incorrect. Matter of fact, if it even seems unusually steep, always more than welcome & and encouraged to inquire so that we may confirm if what you're being quoted is accurate.
Etsy shipping rates are a bit out of control at times, we can fix this manually if notified as it jumps wildly between domestic and international.

These boards are very sturdy. The shop owner was very helpful and answered many questions for me then was kind enough to send me a sample board😊. I will use them to wrap my fabrics around and organize them on shelves in my etsy shop. Thank you so much!!!
