Depending on which design files you purchased you may or may not receive specific file types/extensions. It is important to read the product description to make sure that your order contains the files that you require for your project as there are no refunds. Furthermore, sometimes the files that you purchase may not work the way you intended them to or give you the end result that you're looking for. Therefore, it is important to be sure that the files that you purchase will suit your project needs as not everyone uses the same method for printing. For any questions or assistance please don't hesitate to ask.

Note: These files that you receive are not flipped. Please see the instructions that came along with your printer or software.

If you paid by credit card or Paypal the payment sometimes takes a few minutes to process.

Once it's processed you will be able to download the file from your Etsy account by doing of the following:

1. While logged in, click on your name at the top right corner. Then click on "purchases and reviews". On that page you'll see all of your Etsy orders. Click on the order and there you'll see a download button.

2. Alternatively, you will also receive an e-mail for your purchase with a link to your download. (Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the e-mail!)

If you haven't received an e-mail or cannot find your order on the purchases page, but you have a receipt from Etsy or Paypal, please contact Etsy for further assistance.

All the files that you order are placed inside what is called a .zip file as this is required by Etsy.
To unzip simply visit this link: https://bit.ly/2AYoHsZ

1. Click on choose file and add the .zip file that you have downloaded from your order.
2. Click on Extract. Once extracted you will now see a list of all your files.
3. Click the save button to the right of each file to save them to your computer and you're done! :)

Customer service is top priority! If the design file needs a quick adjustment like resizing, adding a stroke or other minor changes not a problem! Please be aware this does not mean a complete custom design or redesign. If you require a custom design please feel free to send me a message for a custom quote! :)

If, however you require assistant with your cutting software, uploading a design, editing the design inside your software or other similar issues I cannot assist you with these matters.
It is the owners/purchaser’s responsibility to be familiar with the production process when using the design files.
