If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within the first 7 days after receipt of your order, you must contact us to arrange for a return or an exchange. Items need to be returned and in our possession within 14 days of delivery in their new, unworn, original and salable condition, tags intact, and in original packaging. After 14 days we cannot accept returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. For International exchanges buyer will be charged for shipping. A 30% Re-Stocking Fee will be charged on all returned and canceled orders.

We stand by the design, craftsmanship and the enduring quality of our leather art. Within the first 30 days after receipt of your order we will repair or replace products with material and or workmanship defects such as; unusual defects in the leather, hardware failure, stitching, etc. After 30 days there is a fee accessed on all repairs. Leather is a natural material; each hide has unique markings, scars, creases, and variations in color and elasticity. These characteristics are not defects and are not covered under this warranty. Neglect, misuse, mishandling, improper storage, wear and tear, staining, or the natural aging and patina process are not covered. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with warrantied items.

Due to the variations in size, all leather rings ordered online are considered special orders and are not returnable. All items which are custom orders, custom designs, custom made to fit you, and items which are tweaked, altered, or changed in any way to suit you in any way cannot be returned so please make sure the measurements you provide are accurate. All intimate items, sale items, items marked as final sale, and personalized merchandise are final sales and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

To ensure that every return and or exchange is handled fairly and as protection to all of our customers, we reserve the right to not refund the following:

• Items with a missing label, tags, or an item that been worn or has been defaced.
• Items that have been soiled, contaminated, or have any kind of odor or scent including perfume and cologne, and items marred with hair and makeup products.
• Items damaged due to mishandling, fire, flood or natural disaster.

Ship dates are noted during the check out process are estimated and set based upon the longest amount of time required to make that particular piece. In most cases, you will receive your order well before that date.

Custom designing is when I create a design especially for you; your specific needs and desires, taste and style. I make a pattern which is tailored to your body using your measurements. I gather samples of leather; any type, texture, color. It can be your vision, or my vision for you.

I will give estimate ranges over the phone or email once I have the details of your project, i.e. photographs, sketches, style, size, time frame, etc. You may send your information to lisa@lisacantalupo.com or convo me on etsy.

An exact estimate of your project is given once we have committed to working together; a design contract is signed and a $150.00 design fee is paid (it will be applied to the balance of your order).
