When ordering we take all the details we need to make your order.
For all invites and paddle fans this is the following process:
We get all the information from you then will send you PDF attachment of the wording for you to approve. At approval you need to check you are happy with
Wording (all spelt correctly, and reads correctly.)
Details (that all dates times and places are correct we do sometimes make errors and this is your chance to let us know) and layout to check you are happy with the design.
Once an approval has been made, If you need a change after we have begun the process, you will have to pay for wastage costs.
Once this is done we make your stationery.

Due to the nature of 'handcrafted and handmade' stationery - slight variations may occur in individual items. This adds to the uniqueness of the product. Please note that colours often vary between monitors, as well as between the digital file and printed product.
Please take this into consideration when making a purchase.
Samples may differ from full invite orders due to continuity of stock this may include card and ribbon shades. Samples purchased over a month ago may have different card stock texture. Please enquire with us upon ordering if this is an issue and we can inform you of any changes
