I love to do custom orders, in fact I find the challenge of bespoke very exciting! If you have an idea in mind for your own jewellery design, or you would like a different color, stone, precious metal, please just ask : )

I do not refund custom orders

If you have any questions about a specific work please ask! I guarantee each item for 3 months and can also change the length of the piece, or the nature of the gemstones, pearls, beads etc., whenever possible to fit your desires.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, (for custom orders, see below) I will refund your payment excluding all postage and packing charges. You will need to send it back to me, recorded delivery, in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.

I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, or items damaged in transit by the post office, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.

I will make your jewellery myself and there is only one of me.
At the moment, I will need 2-8 weeks for special orders, (sometimes less) . Then the posting and transit time will depend on the delivery address.
There might be delays due to Covid, strikes, the weather ...

If you are in a hurry, please contact me to see if I am able to help.
Express delivery may be possible depending on the item and will incur extra postage costs.

I offer friendly lay-away terms. The jewellery will be sent to you once the piece and its postage will have been paid in full . If you wish to cancel, it is possible. If cancelled within 14 days, a full refund will be made.

Yes, absolulety! If you would prefer another gemstones, chaneg the shape of a ring shank, have whiet gold instead of yellow gold, add an engraved message, simply get in touch with your request and I shall be able to assist you.
