I accept returns in the original packing and in the same condition you received it. I will gladly refund you for your purchase (not including the shipping costs), once I receive the item.

Personalized jewelry that was done with special engraving will not be refunded unless it has arrived in a damaged condition.

I accept payments through Paypal.

You do not need to have a Paypal account: you can pay directly through their site by credit card.

In order to get a refund or a replacement item for an item that has arrived damaged please provide me with a proof photo or ship the item back to me (I’ll refund original postage fee).

In case you got a different item than the one you ordered please send it back to me and I will ship you the correct item (you will not be charged again for delivery).

It is rare that an order gets lost, but if your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of shipping date I'll re-ship it unless the items are no longer in stock (in this case I offer refunds).

I appreciate your patience while waiting for the package: It can take a long time if the package is being held in customs - you should always contact your local post office for an update.

I will ship your order to your address as it is shown in the Etsy information payment confirmation (unless requested otherwise), so please make sure you have the correct address.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address I can ship it again upon postage payment.

My jewelry has been made by me with great care and love.

In order to keep it in its fine condition please prevent them to be in any contact with perfume, deodorant, cream, and lotion (put on your perfume before putting on your jewelry).

Keep the items away from water: Don't bath or shower with your jewel on!

Keep these restrictions and you'll be able to enjoy your items for a long time :)

Since Germany laws of Customs became a significant issue among my customers, I am bound to state that I can not guarantee delivery by a specific date or be responsible for any delays or stuck packages in German Customs.
If you need your package to a certain date please contact me by convo and let me know when it is anticipated and we can discuss the options available.

There will be a 75% refund for any unclaimed packages due to local taxes or for any other reason.

In a case of express delivery, unclaimed packages can sometimes get charged with customs and processing fees, this will be deducted from the total order amount accordingly.

If not re-used, recycle my packages as you normally would, separating paper from plastics.
Alternatively, you can ship them back and I will recycle for you. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
