The most important thing to know. ITS STILL GOOD!!! My lotion unlike lotions you would find in stores,don't have preservatives or chemicals present in them to keep them from melting or thickening. YOURE FINE! For lotions that got too cold, pop them in the microwave for 10 Seconds to soften, and for lotions that have melted ,throw it in the fridge to thicken it up again. You can also use it just like it is. Yes,it will still work the same!
