1 uit 5 sterrenI bought a pack of office accessories in STL format. There were supposed to be 635 office accessories, tables, chairs, office furniture, and accessories. After numerous requests for access to the files, I discovered that I was sent completely useless, incomprehensible files. In short, I asked for a refund and got no response. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Stay away.

I responded within 4 hours, and explained the problem that had occurred. now everything is back fixed.

1 uit 5 sterrenIn de productbeschrijving staat dat er een commerciële licentie is inbegrepen, maar in de pdf-documenten bij de gedownloade bestanden staat dat de modellen niet voor commercieel gebruik zijn. Tot nu toe staat er bij 1 van de 10 gedownloade modellen dat commercieel gebruik niet is toegestaan. Er is geen index-pdf die laat zien hoe het model eruitziet, waardoor het lastig is om te weten wat je precies downloadt.

5 uit 5 sterrenUitstekende klantenservice. Ik had wat problemen met het openen van de bestanden, maar de verkoper heeft me geholpen dit op te lossen. Bestanden van topkwaliteit. Zeker een aanrader!
