4 na 5 gwiazdekThey arrived and did not disappoint! Bubbles made on first try and super fun. Package is as expected, love the design, colour and the product itself. As it's made by a 3D printer, it feels like parts of the case may not last super long once opening and closing but the fake cigarettes are perfect and durable from what I can tell. Very happy, can't wait to gift this. Amazing customer service!

Często zadawane pytania
What specific materials do you use to create these props, and are they heavy to hold?
Every piece in the Candy Critt Lab collection is created using high-quality PLA, which is a type of thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. I chose this material because it allows for the incredible detail you see in the Sunna wand and the Critit Final Weapon without making the items feel cumbersome or overly heavy. When you hold the heart wand, for instance, you’ll notice it has a very comfortable, lightweight feel that makes it ideal for long convention days or displaying on a delicate shelf without worry.
I noticed some fine lines on the surface of the items in the photos. Is this a defect or part of the design?
Those fine horizontal lines are actually a natural characteristic of the 3D printing process, known as layer lines. Because each prop is built from the bottom up, one microscopic layer at a time, these subtle textures are a testament to the "maker" nature of the product. I take great care to calibrate my machines to ensure these lines are as smooth and consistent as possible, but they will be visible upon close inspection. Most of my customers find that these lines add a unique, tech-focused aesthetic that fits perfectly with the "Lab" theme of my shop.
Can I request a custom name on the wand handle like the "SUNNA" example shown in the banner?
Please keep in mind that adding custom text might add an extra day or two to the processing time, as I need to prepare a unique file just for you. I generally recommend keeping the text under 10 characters so it remains legible and fits comfortably within the design's proportions. If you have a specific font style in mind or want to see a digital mockup before I start the print, feel free to send me a message. I want to make sure the final result is exactly what you’re envisioning for your collection or your cosplay character.
Are these items safe for children to play with, or are they strictly for display?
While the Candy Critt Lab aesthetic is very whimsical and colorful, I characterize these primarily as "art toys" or display props rather than toys for young children. The 3D printing process involves bonding layers of plastic, and while they are quite sturdy, a hard drop onto a tile floor or rough "battle play" could cause smaller, delicate parts—like the wings on the heart wand or the cat ears on the barrel—to snap off. These broken pieces could potentially have sharp edges or present a choking hazard, so I recommend them for ages 12 and up.
How do you handle shipping to ensure these delicate-looking wings and points don't break in transit?
I take packaging very seriously because I know how disappointing it would be to open a long-awaited package only to find a broken wing. Every item is nestled in a generous amount of high-quality bubble wrap and often reinforced with additional cardboard "armor" inside the box to prevent shifting. I use sturdy, corrugated shipping boxes that can withstand the typical bumps and bruises of the postal journey. For more complex items like the winged heart wand, I often wrap the delicate extremities separately before wrapping the entire piece to provide double protection.
What are the actual dimensions of the wands and the cat-themed barrel?
For the daggers and karambits, I model them to fit a standard adult hand comfortably. The finger holes are scaled to be universal, but if you have particularly large or small hands, you can always message me for specific diameter measurements. I include a scale reference in several of my listing photos (like the cutting mat with centimeter markings) so you can get a visual sense of the proportions. If you need an item scaled up or down for a specific purpose—like a miniature version for a doll or a giant version for a specific costume—just let me know and I can usually adjust the print settings.
The colors in the photos are so vibrant! Will my item look exactly like the ones on screen?
I work hard to photograph my items in natural, bright lighting to show off the true colors of the filaments I use. However, please keep in mind that every computer monitor and phone screen displays colors a little differently. What looks like a soft "bubblegum pink" on my screen might look slightly more "pastel coral" on yours. Additionally, since I source my materials from various high-quality suppliers, there can occasionally be very slight variations in the hue between different batches of plastic. This is just a standard part of working with 3D printing materials.
Do I need to assemble anything myself when the package arrives?
Most of the items in my shop, like the cat barrel and the daggers, arrive fully assembled and ready to be displayed or used immediately. For some of the larger or more intricate wands, I occasionally ship them in two pieces (the head and the handle) to ensure they don't snap during the shipping process. If your item requires assembly, it will be a very simple "plug and play" situation. I design the joints to be a tight friction fit, often with a keyed peg so that the parts align perfectly every time.
What is the best way to clean and care for my 3D printed props?
Caring for PLA props is quite simple, but there are a few "lab rules" to keep them looking their best. The most important thing to remember is that PLA can warp if it gets too hot. Please don't leave your wand or cat barrel in a hot car during the summer or on a windowsill in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods. Temperatures above 120°F (50°C) can cause the plastic to soften and lose its shape. As long as you keep them at normal room temperature, they will stay perfect for many years to come.
Do you offer different finishes, such as a "battle-worn" look or a glow-in-the-dark option?
While my signature style is the bright and "clean" look you see in the banner, I am always experimenting with new filaments in the lab. I do have access to some incredible materials, including glow-in-the-dark, translucent "gemstone" colors, and even silk-finish plastics that have a metallic sheen. If you’re interested in a specific finish that isn't currently listed—like making the wings on the heart wand glow after dark—just hit the "Request Custom Order" button. I love getting to try out new material combinations for unique requests.
