Hello, my name is Cathrine. I started out wanting to make gifts for family and friends that came from the heart. What better way than a wreath to brighten up a door and put a smile on your visitors face. After many hours of You Tube tutorials, learning different techniques, and being covered in glitter; I have realized that I am addicted to ribbon! Nothing makes me happier than picking out ribbon and watching a beautiful wreath come together.

What if my purchase was damaged in transit?

If you received a damaged item, message my Etsy shop within 48 hrs of receipt. Include in the message photos of damaged item, shipping box and packing materials. I will begin a claim with carrier for you. You must keep shipped item, box and packing materials in the event you are asked to take damaged item to shipping service for inspection or to relinquish item after claim is approved. Please do not reship or repair item; this will void any insurance claim. Once the claim with the shipping company is initiated, they will offer repair, replacement or purchase value. I will provide a refund once claim has been processed and approved by shipping service and in the amount approved by shipping service only. Allow up to 30 days for this process.

Returning an item.

Returns are not accepted, but if there is a problem with your order message my Etsy shop within 48 hours of delivery and we can work together to resolve the issue. I am proud of my shop and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
