The dress arrived as described. Something I had trouble seeing in the picture: there's padding sewn into the hips to give the skirt a flared look. The sleeves slip down a bit. It would have been helpful to have elastic sewn in at the top to keep them more securely in place on the upper arms. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my custom-made dress! :) Shipping from Ukraine cost me extra due to customs fees, but that has nothing to do with the product itself, just something to keep in mind! :) Thank you so much! 🤍

I ordered a top from this seller. I messaged the seller if the item would arrive within the time it says it would be delivered to be sure because my event was soon after. She did confirm it would. PS it absolutely did not. The delivery service was horrible. They first stated my order delivered but it was actually returned for holding due to being unable to deliver. I wasn’t notified of this at all until I had to reach out why my order was taking long to get delivered. The delivery date line passed. It took an additional 3 supposed days to redeliver. Another thing I didn’t like was the overall fit and look. For a custom made piece it does not fit your body how you’d think it would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR AN OVERPRICED PIECE, BAD SHIPPING, AND OVERALL FITTING QUALITY!

Do not order from this shop. The dress was never shipped despite repeated promises. I was told it would be sent “this week,” but nothing ever happened. Meanwhile, the shop even appeared unavailable at one point, which made the whole situation feel very questionable. Communication was vague and unreliable — I never received a clear shipping date or any tracking information. In the end, I had to open a case with Etsy to get my money back. This caused completely unnecessary stress and wasted my time, especially for such an important purchase. Save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else.

I’ve received my dress. It’s absolutely beautiful. I cannot believe how much the dress has exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely delighted the quality it is stunning, capturing even some of the smallest details. The customer service during this process of ordering and making the dress was brilliant. It was very warm and approachable. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know.
