Only thing that was "wrong" was that there are no instructions in the packaging, and it was missing 1 bolt, (I can just use one from a non used piece) I did not turn it into the MFG. You can go online and search for the proper directions, I am old and prefer a paper copy especially when working outside on the ground in the sun. Seems like a very quality product all in all.
