What if I need help with editing my template?
If you need assistance with editing or have any questions about using Canva, please refer to Canva’s help center or tutorials for guidance. I have also added a helpful guide for Canva templates in each purchase for the editable templates that you can refer to for basic instructions - this also includes a link to Canva's video tutorials for help editing.
For specific issues related to the templates purchased from my shop, please do not hesitate to send me a message, and I’ll do my best to assist you.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds or exchanges are not offered. I urge you to read all product descriptions thoroughly before purchase to ensure you are purchasing a product that matches your needs.
However, if you encounter any issues with the template or have questions, please contact me, and I’ll work with you to resolve any problems.
How do I get my files after purchasing them, and when will they be available?
Unless it is a custom order, you'll get your files right away! As soon as you complete your purchase, you'll receive an email with your documents ready to download.
For custom orders, I work quickly to turn around and get the files to you as soon as possible. This is usually within 24 hours.
Do I need to download any software to edit the templates?
No software is required, just an internet browser. You do not have to download any fonts or software to edit and save your template.
Once your purchase is confirmed, click the link in the PDF sent to your email and this will open your template in Canva in your browser. Canva is a FREE-to-use online graphic design tool. After you have finished editing your template, you can save and download your edited design as a JPEG, PNG or PDF.
What file formats are provided?
The file formats will be specified in the product description. Common formats include PDF, JPG, PNG, and ZIP files. If you’re unsure about how to use a particular file format, please check the product description or contact me for more information.
How do I print my digital files?
You can print your files at home or use a professional printing service. For the best quality, ensure you use high-quality paper!
What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?
If you encounter any issues with downloading your files, first check your internet connection and make sure you’re logged into your Etsy account. If the problem persists, please contact Etsy support or send me a message, and I’ll assist you with resolving the issue.
How long will my download links be available?
Your download links are available indefinitely from the date of purchase. However, it’s a good idea to download and save your files as soon as possible to ensure you have access to them.
What should I do if I don’t receive my download link?
If you don’t receive your download link, check your email for an Etsy receipt. Sometimes, the email can end up in your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews on Etsy to access your download. If you need further assistance, please contact me directly.
