The quality of their materials are good, it always arrive on time or even sooner than expected. Will continue to purchase from them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that part of the design was missing from your shirt, and I understand how disappointing that must have been. Although I was not contacted before the review was posted, I addressed the issue as soon as I became aware of it and issued a full refund. I always want customers to feel taken care of and will use this experience to continue improving the quality and service at Exit 205 Shop. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention.

Returns/Cancellation/Exchanges
We work with a trusted print partner so we can stay focused on creating great designs and providing excellent customer care. Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order changes once your purchase is placed.
That said, if something isn’t right with what you received, please contact us-we want you to love your order. We’ll do our best to make it right, including sending a replacement as quickly as possible when needed.
Care instructions

For wearable garments, we recommend:
Wash inside out in cold water only
Do not use bleach, chlorine, or fabric softener
Tumble dry on low or lay flat to air dry
Avoid ironing directly on any printed/design areas
How are your designs printed?
Our designs are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. With DTG, water-based ink is applied directly into the fabric fibers rather than pressed on top like vinyl. This creates a smoother, softer feel and allows for crisp, high-detail prints.
With normal washing and everyday wear, some fading over time is expected, just like any garment. But DTG prints won’t crack or peel the way heat-pressed vinyl designs can.
