Address issues
- Wrong Address: If the courier deems your address insufficient, the shipment will return to us. You'll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.- Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments return to us, and you'll cover the cost for reshipment to yourself or your customer.
Lost mail
