Peace through preparation. Grace through every season. For your family — and for the families in your care.
Welcome to Goodness & Mercí ✨🤍
I'm Chara — I opened a private preschool in my own home and directed it for years. Nobody hands you a parent handbook, so I wrote one — twenty sections — along with the curriculum, the agreements, and every form in between.
Then came a career in tech, in customer support and quality assurance, where my whole job was finding the place a process breaks before it breaks on someone.
And underneath both, I've been a mother. Learning to ask better questions in rooms where I was the only one advocating for my child.
Those three turned out to be one thing. I take something complicated and heavy — a season, a decision, a program you're trying to build — and make it clear enough to act on.
Who this is for
Two rooms, same house. One is for women carrying a family, through a season, a transition, a first day of school, a hard year. The other is for women building and running childcare programs — the handbooks, the policies, the systems that let a small program run like a real one.
Different rooms, same lesson: most of what steals our peace isn't the big thing. It's the thing nobody wrote down.
How I work
Everything here I wrote and designed myself. No template packs, nothing resold.
Each resource comes two ways: a Print & Handwrite version for paper or a stylus, and a Fillable version you can type into and save. The checkboxes are drawn rather than clickable in both, so a page prints clean and ticks by hand.
I build the thing I wished someone had handed me at the time.
The name
Goodness & Mercí comes from Psalm 23:6 — "Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life."
Goodness reflects God's kindness and blessings in our daily lives. Mercí, the French word for thank you, honors my love for French culture and cozy cafés — where I often enjoy matcha lattes while finding inspiration and gratitude in the little moments.
Together, these words inspire a life of faith, gratitude, and intentional order.
Everything here is written, designed and made by me — offered as a service to my Lord, and as a guide for women who cherish their walk with Christ and want to keep Him in all their doing.
"And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men." — Colossians 3:23 KJV
Thank you for supporting this faith-driven journey. May these resources encourage your walk and deepen your peace.✨💛
With grace,
Chara
