Frequently asked questions

I live in the USA. Do I have to pay Tariffs/import tax when I receive the package?

No. The package will be posted as DDP; Delivered Duty Paid.
So there will be no extra charges when you receive the package.
The new Trump Tariffs are already included into the (slightly) higher shipping costs.

How long must I wait before my package arrives?

That all depends on the postal services. Most of the times it takes just one week to send it overseas. But sometimes it takes longer.
If possible I will provide you a track&trace number so you can follow the package.

Do you have more miniatures?

Do you design all your miniatures yourselve?

Yes, I do! I design them, make them and sell them myself.

I can't find the miniature i am looking for. Can you make it for me?

Maybe... I do make custom miniatures on request. Just send me a message. Then I will look at your question and tell you if I think I can make someting nice or not...

I like the miniature but don't want to build it myself. Is it possible to buy a completely finished miniature?

Yes, that is possible. Just send me a message and I will tell you the extra costs.

Why don't you accept returns?

I do accept returns from customers within the EU, no problem there!

But for packages send back to me from outside the EU I will be charged import tax when I recieve the package.
Unfortunately Etsy demands I may not charge these costs to the customer.

If I return my package, do I get back the shippingcosts you made?

No, I am sorry. If you return an item I will deduct the shippingcosts I made from the amount you get back.
