Shipping Timeframes
USPS First Class (Within the US) Once dispatched, delivery may be expected within 2-5 business days.
USPS Priority (Within the US) Once dispatched, delivery may be expected within 1-3 business days.
USPS First Class Mail International - Once dispatched, delivery may be expected within 1-4 weeks.
*If a faster method is needed, feel free to send a DM prior to your purchase and we can work out faster shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, hygiene, and contamination reasons, herbal products cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes but is not limited to: tinctures, oils, herbs, loose incenses.
Custom and Clearance items are final sale.
Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges must be returned within two weeks of receiving your package. Items must be in their original condition, unused, free of damage, pet hair, cigarette smoke, and perfume. Please send tracking with your return. Upon receipt of the package, refund will be processed and should be visible in your bank within 1-4 business days based on your bank's policies. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Return to Sender Packages
If USPS returns your package to me for any reason you can either pay a new shipping fee to have it sent out again or receive a refund minus the original shipping fee and a $5 restocking fee.
