1 out of 5 starsDelivery was quick, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the product itself was extremely disappointing. It was cheaply made, poor quality, and nowhere near worth the price charged. Although the shop states they accept returns and refunds, the process was unnecessarily difficult. Instead of providing return instructions, they focused on disputing the issue. I had to escalate the case to Etsy, who thankfully agreed that a refund was justified. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as I would hate for anyone else to go through the stress and risk losing their money.

1 out of 5 starsThe item is very poor quality. Made of un lipped laminated chip board. The metal brackets and fixing are “paper thin”. Definitely not what we would expect. The unit has arrived damaged also which is likely down to the poor wrapping. Seems video. I will want a full refund . Trying to use online to confirm refund but the system is not allowing me to do this. Overall very poor.
