Bescherming tegen verloren pakketten:
Etsy biedt bescherming tegen verlies van pakketten voor bestellingen onder de $250 (totaalbedrag inclusief verzendkosten). Als uw pakket tijdens de verzending verloren gaat, zal Etsy het probleem afhandelen.

Als uw bestelling meer dan $250 bedraagt, raden we u aan een verzendverzekering af te sluiten. We geven geen geld terug voor verloren pakketten.

Als je pakket niet op tijd aankomt, open dan een geschil op Etsy.

Vermeld uw naam en adres in het Engels om problemen met de verzending te voorkomen.

Retourbeleid voor gebruikte artikelen
Bij retourzendingen wordt 20% administratiekosten in rekening gebracht.
Als uw oorspronkelijke bestelling gratis verzending bevatte, worden de initiële verzendkosten van uw terugbetaling afgetrokken.
De koper is verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van de retourzending.

Lost Package Protection:
Etsy offers lost package protection for orders under $250 (total including shipping). If your package is lost in transit, Etsy will handle the issue.

If your order is over $250, please add shipping insurance to your order. We do not refund for lost packages.

If your package does not arrive on time, please open a case on Etsy.

Please write your name and address in English to avoid shipping issues.

Return Policy for Used Items
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If your original order included free shipping, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
