Thank you very much for your feedback and for your patience and understanding. I’m really glad we were able to resolve this quickly for you. The reason the item wasn’t personalised is that no message was included in the order notes, which resulted in the standard item being sent. I’m happy that we were able to sort this out together.

5 out of 5 starsLovely little gift. Box did arrive completely open though and the post office had put it in a plastic bag to stop contents from falling out. So maybe some more secure packaging would be good!
