1 out of 5 starsI wish I could leave zero stars. I never received my item despite ordering this over a month ago. Also, the seller overcharged me for shipping fees and was supposed to send me an Amazon gift card but never did and has continued to give me BS excuses. She told me to wait to receive the earrings to see if they would arrive and then she'd ship out the Amazon card. Um what?? Why not just send them together? According to her the earrings were supposed to arrive in 7 days so why hesitate with the gift card? It makes no sense. Clearly. she didn't want to send the gift card. I also have no reason to believe she even sent out the earrings. Just a terrible experience overall. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. This seller doesn't deserve your business or mine. I'm currently escalating this with Etsy.

Hi Teresa, I can understand your frustration, I have experienced the same with the current global supply chain crisis. Logistics vendors are not able to keep up with their promised delivery time. The earrings are still in transit but nonetheless I have fully refunded your amount. Its a pity we both did not have a good experience with this one, but happy to share all deliveries from now on from my store will have Track & Trace as well as insurance :) If you receive the earrings eventually (still in transit), feel free to amend your review :)
