5 out of 5 starsI was looking to re-set after the hoo ha of the Christmas festivities and found Hayley on this site. The information in her sheets are easy to read and understand. It is written in a straight forward way and written really well. I love the Morning routine and the Leaves on a stream sheets very helpful and will try and to use them daily!

5 out of 5 starsI was mindful reading through this workbook, really well written! This workbook helped me learn more about how my brain works in easy to understand language. It gave just enough information without being too wordy, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed with endless check sheets, questionnaires or journal prompts. It had a bunch of practical techniques which I’ll be trying out to help in those difficult moments — I see myself referring back to this workbook again and again. Thank you! The ‘Leaves on a Stream’ technique was my favourite!
