Can I contact you for a custom order?
Absolutely! I love getting to know my customers as we create something special and unique. To Convo me, click 'Request a custom order' button so we can start designing your custom order!
My order is wrong, what can I do?
If you receive your order and notice its not what you had ordered, please send me a message through etsy with a picture of the issue.
My shipping address is wrong.
If you contact me prior to your item being shipped, I can update the shipping for you. However if you notice it after your item has shipped, there is nothing I can do. Please make sure your shipping information is correct prior to checking out.
My order shows delivered but its not here.
Double check that your Etsy account shows the correct address on file for you. Go to your local post office and give them the tracking number and let them know its marked delivered but its not at your house, request them to file a claim to track it down.
