Do you offer personalization?
Yes! Some of our items offer personalization, while others are ready to wear or gift just as they are. Personalization options will always be listed clearly on the product page.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
We can sometimes make small changes if you message us within 12 hours of purchase. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 2-7 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier, and tracking is provided once your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Personalized items are final sale. Non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange — please message us and we’ll walk through next steps together.
How do I care for my item?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
