When something broke — a chargeback we answered late, a promo that quietly ate our margin, a new assistant who took two weeks to get productive — I wrote the process down so it never depended on memory again. OpsToolkitGoods is those documents: cleaned up, made generic, and packaged so another store owner can use them the same day.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files after I buy?
Once Etsy confirms your payment, Etsy emails you: choose "View your files on Etsy". Or sign in on Etsy.com, go to Your account > Purchases and select Download Files next to the order. Guest buyers get the link in their receipt email. Each product is one ZIP file, so unzip it first, then open the Start Here / Quick Start PDF. You can usually download again later from Purchases. Can't find the email? Check spam or promotions.
Do I need Google Sheets, Excel or Notion? Which should I use?
You need one of them, not all three. Google Docs & Sheets are free with a Google account and easy to share with a VA. Microsoft Word & Excel suit you if you already work offline in Office (each listing gives the version). Notion suits you if you run your team wiki there: import the Notion ZIP. Spreadsheets use standard formulas and include sample and BLANK copies. Apple Numbers isn't supported. Each listing lists its exact formats.
What's the difference between the bundles?
SOP Kit: all 12 store operations SOPs (the three SOP packs are parts of it). Ultimate Bundle: 8 store-operations products, including the SOP Kit, dashboard, profit calculator, macros, VA hiring kit, launch checklist, BFCM playbook and email flows. Marketing & Growth Bundle: 6 marketing products (SEO, social calendar, influencers, ads, retention, wholesale). Complete Collection: Ultimate + Marketing & Growth, all 14. Owner Systems Bundle: a separate set (policies, photo shot list, reviews, app planner, CEO planner) not inside the others. Each listing has a full 'What's inside' list.
I already own a product or bundle. Can I upgrade?
Etsy has no automatic upgrades or credit for past purchases, and digital listings can't have options. Simple routes: own the Ultimate Bundle? Add the Marketing & Growth Bundle and you'll have all 14 Complete Collection products (and the reverse). Own an SOP pack? The SOP Kit has all 12 SOPs. Bought single products and want a bundle? Message me on Etsy before buying and I'll see if I can offer an Etsy promo code for part of what you've paid. All purchases stay on Etsy.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads can't be returned, exchanged or cancelled on Etsy, so I can't refund a change of mind or a wrong purchase. Please check the listing's file list and software notes first. If a file is broken, missing, won't open in the listed software or isn't as described, message me and I'll fix it, and if I can't, we'll find a fair solution through Etsy. Your legal rights and Etsy's Purchase Protection still apply.
A file won't open or seems broken. What should I do?
First, unzip the ZIP fully (don't open files from inside it). If your computer says a file is corrupt, delete it and download it again from Purchases, ideally in another browser with ad blockers off. Make sure you're using the software named in the listing. Still stuck? Send me an Etsy message with the product name, file name, your software and what happens, and I'll help you or get you a working file through Etsy.
How do I get help or ask a question before buying?
Send me a message through Etsy Messages from any listing or the shop page. I'm happy to help you pick the right product or bundle, check whether you already own something inside a bundle, or sort out a file problem. Please keep all questions and purchases on Etsy.
Can I use the templates for my business, my team or clients?
Yes for you and one business you own or run, including your staff, VAs and contractors on that business. You can edit and print them for that business. You can't resell, share, give away or redistribute the files or edited versions, including in courses, memberships or other shops. Consultants and agencies: one copy per client business.
Are the policy templates legal advice?
No. The store policy templates (refund, shipping, privacy, terms, cookie notice and FAQ page) and the policy-related SOPs are plain-language starting points, not legal advice. Laws differ by country and state and change over time, and using a template doesn't make your store compliant with GDPR, CCPA or any other law. Have a qualified professional review your finished policies before you publish them. None of the products are legal, tax or financial advice.
