DELIVERED SHIPMENTS

We ship USPS. A tracking number is sent to every customer after shipment. If your tracking shows delivered to you, and you state that you did not receive the package, there is very little we can do to help you at our end. You must take that tracking number to your local post office and make a claim with them.
We do not replace those items for free, or offer refunds on those type of claims.

WE DO NOT SEND FREE SAMPLES ALONE

When buyers pay regular, full price for our items, a free gift is often included. However, It is our store policy not to mail out free samples alone. If you have any questions about our products, please read the listing, check our customer feedback, and of course, you can message us as well. We take a great deal of pride in the making, packaging and shipping of our products - and that we can always guarantee.

VARIATIONS

We use the same high-quality materials in every item we make. However, colors, sizes and fragrances can vary. This is normal when small batches of soap products are made by hand.

FREE SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $35 or more. That is limited to USPS First Class Mail to the lower 48 states USA. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other USA territories will be charged regular first class shipping rates USPS. Outside the USA, standard rates will apply.
