Do you accept returns or exchanges
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. We politely ask that you communicate any specific requests through our messages conversations during the order process. We do our best to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability!
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes! When checking out, please select Priority Shipping if you need your item by a certain date. This will give you the best chance of getting your item on time. We do our best to get items shipped early and on time! We work countless hours to get items out as quickly as possible as we know how important these are to your event! However, once an item ships, any USPS shipping delays are out of our control.
What if my item(s) arrive damaged
If you receive your item(s) damaged due to shipping, please contact us right away! We are happy to send you a new product free of charge. We will just ask that you provide us a picture of the damaged item(s).
