Our spreadsheets do the boring work for you: a meal planner that writes your grocery list, a chore chart that rotates itself, bill and budget trackers, a job search tracker, a content calendar and ready-to-send customer messages. Everything works in Excel and free Google Sheets.
For managers and small business owners we build practical tools: the Lazy Manager series (SOPs, delegation, RACI, fewer meetings, a weekly dashboard), manager toolkits, and The Crescent Method, a strategy series inspired by the steppe "feigned retreat" that helps you choose where to compete instead of fighting every battle.
