Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer gift wrapping sorry.
I do wrap every item sold with care. Where possible I will use recycled packaging to cut down on costs and to do every little bit I can to help the environment.
Care instructions
The majority of the individual vintage clothing will have a care label on the inside of the garment. Please read and follow the instructions on how to wash and care for your clothing.
Returns
I gladly accept returns. So please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item if the item is sadly not right for you. The buyer must return to sender within 7 days of contact and once I have received the dress back in the same saleable condition it was purchased in I will issue you your full refund. Please allow it to take upto 1-3 days depending on what method of payment was used during transaction.
Please understand the return postage is the customers responsibility and signed for is recommend.
