The idea for these documents arose from a very practical perspective.
My partner owns a restaurant and is personally responsible for offers, invoices, and event organization. In my daily work, I've repeatedly seen how much time, coordination, and improvisation this requires – often alongside the day-to-day operations.
Initially, I created these templates simply to help him. Not as a product, but as a solution to a very specific problem: lack of structure, inconsistent documents, and unnecessary rework.
Over time, it became clear how much well-structured templates simplify the process and bring calm to the paperwork. And that's exactly when the idea arose: If it helps him, why not other businesses too?
Based on this experience, the templates have been further developed – practical, clear and structured in such a way that they work in real everyday work.
Die Idee zu diesen Dokumenten ist ganz praktisch entstanden.
Mein Partner besitzt ein Restaurant und ist selbst für Angebote, Rechnungen und die Organisation rund um Veranstaltungen verantwortlich. Im Alltag habe ich immer wieder gesehen, wie viel Zeit, Abstimmung und Improvisation dabei nötig sind – oft neben dem laufenden Betrieb.

Mit der Zeit wurde deutlich, wie sehr gut aufgebaute Vorlagen den Ablauf erleichtern und Ruhe in den Papierkram bringen. Und genau da entstand der Gedanke: Wenn es ihm hilft, warum dann nicht auch anderen Betrieben?
Aus dieser Erfahrung heraus sind die Vorlagen weiterentwickelt worden – praxisnah, übersichtlich und so aufgebaut, dass sie im echten Arbeitsalltag funktionieren.
