¡Hola! Mi nombre es Kelly y soy la artista, diseñadora y creadora detrás de Red One Design.
Establecí Red One Design poco después de graduarme de la universidad en Rochester en 2018, donde estudié diseño textil impreso. Mi pequeña empresa ha seguido creciendo desde entonces y con mucho trabajo duro y pasión, ahora tengo la suerte de dedicarme a esto a tiempo completo. Vendí mis productos en una variedad de tiendas y mercados en todo el sureste y abrí una pequeña tienda, donde puedes encontrar mi gama completa, en Folkestone Harbor Arm en 2021.
Todo lo que hay dentro de mi tienda está bordado, teñido, cosido y creado a mano enteramente por mí. Mi trabajo a menudo se centra en el mundo natural, inspirándose en formas naturales e interpretándolas en obras de arte gráficas. Luego lo traduzco a textiles para crear una variedad de prendas y accesorios. También es muy importante para mí hacer que mis productos sean sostenibles; por ejemplo, todos los tintes que uso son ecológicos y reutilizo la mayor cantidad posible de mis desechos textiles.
En las raras ocasiones en que no estoy trabajando en mi pequeña empresa, me encanta cuidar mi jungla interior, tocar el ukelele, patinar en quad y explorar el aire libre en mi longboard.

Hi! My name is Kelly and I am the artist, designer and maker behind Red One Design.
I established Red One Design shortly after I graduated from uni in Rochester in 2018 where I studied printed textile design. My small business has continued to grow ever since and with a lot of hard work and passion, I am now fortunate enough to do this full time. I have sold my products at a variety of shops and markets throughout the southeast and opened a small shop, where you can find my full range, at Folkestone Harbour Arm in 2021.
Everything inside my shop is hand embroidered, dyed, sewn and created entirely by myself. My work often focuses around the natural world, taking inspiration from natural forms and interpreting into graphic artwork. I then translate this into textiles to create a variety of clothing and accessories. It is also so important to me to make my products sustainable, for example all the dyes I use are eco-friendly and I re-use as much of my textile waste as I possibly can.
On the rare occasion I'm not working on my small business I love tending to my indoor jungle, playing ukelele, quad roller skating and exploring the outdoors on my longboard.
