1 out of 5 starsI paid 525 or so with shipping for this so-called hydroponics system. It was super quick, 👌I was already weary knowing that the totes and other pieces I could probably source my self, but I didn’t know how it works so I bought one. As I was putting it together I realized I was missing a crucial piece, and I contacted the seller. Their words “i checked the item checklist and it was in there”. Well it wasn’t and I asked them to send another one. They sent it, cool. I’ve got it all out together and I realize that this thing is just trash all around. The pumps are all Chinese manufactured garbage brands and the pump leaked water and was very poor quality. I will be buying a different hydro pump to make this system work, but I’m super disappointed with the quality of this product. All around poor quality and not satisfied.

Buyer removed and broke the front of the water pump which the instructions do not say to do. Looks as if he tried to glue it back on from the photos. Buyer recieved all the parts along with a perfectly working water pump. Most if not all water pumps are made in China today and work just fine. Buyer still using the System but is blaming me for his mishandling of the water pump. This is one of the best if not the best most affordable and complete Hydroponic System available. - Root Box Hydroponics

5 out of 5 starsThis is a great clean well put together kit. Easy instructions and fast shipping. My OCD loves how well put together this product is and how it all matches. I have had this running for about a week to test and so far zero leaks! When I need to add more to my garden I will for sure buy again!

1 out of 5 starsDO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SELLER. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SELLER. unless dealing with a fraudulent company that is beyond rude. I ordered a $300 kit. Paid an additional $60 for shipping and never saw my product. The shipper claims to have sent it properly but $400 and a month later I still don’t have my items. They have stopped responding in the messages. And blocked me from finding out claim information from fedex. I repeat FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM.

Buyer uses rude language tried to scam for a free System. The System was delivered and signed for by the buyer but said they never received it. Buyer has been refunded & blocked because they were rude. I send every System with a signature required upon arrival for this very reason.
