SuperTanya knitwear is easily distinguishable by its unmatched quality. Many people choose SuperTanya to be their fashion designer and others place custom orders with their own designs to be turned into a beautifully knit garment. Perfection in every knot is achieved by the knitters, all located in Europe, who have years of experience in hand knitting and all have worked with different materials such as mohair, wool, angora, alpaca, decofur, etc. SuperTanya’s assortment of garments is endless – from huge, thick, chunky and fuzzy sweaters, to all kinds of accessories such as mittens, socks, leg warmers, hats and scarves. We know your imagination is limitless, so is the selection at our online Etsy boutique.
The shown products are part of my work so far and the garments are not necessarily available on stock at the time of browsing the gallery. Please do not hesitate to contact me for leading times and custom orders.
Once your made to order project is completed, I will contact you with report and will ship the items to you as soon as cleared payment is received. Once the parcel is accepted from the courier or the local postal office you will be provided with Tracking Number for your parcel, which will allow you to follow the delivery progress of the package.
PLEASE NOTE: All items are dispatched from Bulgaria (Europe, EU) and you solely will be responsible to take care for the import formalities and any taxes and duties applicable at your country of residence for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order for goods, it is your responsibility to check that your import of any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. Due to the new EU regulations, all inbound parcels, including returned ones are now a subject of VAT and import taxes. These add significant expense for the sellers for accepting returned items. Because of this I regret to inform you that returns are no longer accepted. Thanks to the top level of quality of my creations and the close communication with the buyers I always maintain, I am proud to state that the number of the returned items which I have so far is 0 (zero). In any case, I consider as my obligation to inform all repeated and future buyers about the change in my return policy. However as always before I will keep working hard for perfect buying experience with all my dear clients and not to allow reason or desire for returning any of my creations. All my products are carefully hand crafted with love and one can't return the received love. :-)

Their online payment useless: after a dozen attempts rang their helpline & when I paid by bank transfer they couldn’t find it so goods further delayed. Arrived eventually but the calls cost me dear & it was, in the end, a week late!

Wonderful handmade, the measures are perfect and the jacket is soft and warm. It is the same as in the photo and it dresses in the best way possible. It is worth the price we paid it as the hard work done to do this product is visible in its beauty. The package was done in a very good way and the jacket arrived with no damages. Supertanya is wonderful and I reccomed to everyone! Thank you so much!!!
