No. Upload the file to Google Drive and choose "Save as Google Sheets" (guide included). Works with Excel 2019/Microsoft 365. Not Apple Numbers.

Etsy > You > Purchases > Download files (use a browser, not the Etsy app).
Does it work outside the US?
